Our new events season is now open for booking. It brings together online webinars, in-person events in several cities, language exchanges and information sessions, so that families, students, professionals and founders can learn from our consultants in whichever format suits them best.

Online webinars

Webinars remain the heart of the programme. Each one takes a single subject and works through it clearly, with time for questions. This season includes sessions on the admissions roadmap, residency and citizenship by investment, careers abroad, starting a business abroad and studying in Japan, as well as workshops and live Kaitu Academy lessons for those who prefer to learn alongside others.

In-person events, also online

We are also hosting events in person, including evenings, seminars, forums, an open day and networking gatherings. Several of these are hybrid, meaning they take place in a venue and are broadcast online at the same time. If you cannot travel, you can still follow along and take part from home.

Language exchanges and information sessions

The season also includes language exchanges, where people practise a language with others who are heading the other way, both online and in person. Information sessions offer a focused introduction to a particular topic, such as choosing a boarding school. We are also holding news conferences and media briefings on developments at Kaitu, including the Academy and the Journal.

Booking

Every event has its own page with the date, time, format and a description of what will be covered. Some events are free and some are ticketed, and each event page says which. When you book, you receive access to a private booking page for that event. This is where you will find everything you need, so it is worth keeping the link somewhere safe.

Joining online

For online and hybrid events, the joining link appears on your private booking page shortly before the start. There is no need to install anything in advance or wait for a separate email at the last minute. We recommend opening the page a few minutes early, checking your sound, and having any questions ready.

A few practical suggestions:

  • Check the time zone shown on the event page against your own.
  • Join from a quiet place with a reliable connection.
  • Note down questions as they occur to you, as there is usually time to raise them.

Attending in person

For in-person events, your private booking page confirms the venue and timings. Please arrive a little early so that we can welcome everyone and begin on time.

Who the events are for

Our events are designed to be useful on their own, whether or not you go on to work with us. They suit parents beginning to think about schools and universities abroad, families considering a second residence or citizenship, professionals weighing a move for work, and founders planning a company in another country.

Find an event

You can browse the full programme of online events and in-person events, and book your place directly from each event page.
