Everything we do, for organisations

Five practices, one partner.

Every Kaitu practice — admissions, residency, citizenship, careers and business — is available to organisations, shaped around your people and your plans.

Global mobility & relocation

Moving people across borders — one employee or a whole team — with the permits, the practicalities and the family planned together.

  • Work permits & visasEligibility, routes and timelines, coordinated with licensed immigration lawyers and partners in each destination.
  • Employee relocationHousing, registrations, banking introductions and a settling-in plan, so the first weeks go to the work.
  • Family relocationDependant visas, school places and a partner’s career planned alongside the role, not after it.
  • Residency for executivesLonger-term residence routes for leaders who will live where the business is growing.

Executive services

Discreet, senior-led planning for founders, partners and executives — for themselves, and for the families who move with them.

  • Residency & citizenship planningResidence and citizenship routes for founders and executives, compared with licensed partners and sequenced with the business.
  • Executive educationChoosing and applying to executive programmes and short courses that fit a leader’s calendar.
  • MBA & EMBA admissionsSchool strategy, essays, recommenders and interviews for candidates your organisation sponsors.
  • Handled in confidenceA small, senior team for each executive, with need-to-know access to their file.

Education benefits

Admissions support as a benefit your people will actually use — for their children, and for their own degrees.

  • Admissions for employees’ childrenSchools and universities anywhere: lists, applications, interviews and boarding options, timed with any move.
  • Sponsored degreesUndergraduate, master’s and doctoral admissions for employees on programmes your organisation supports.
  • School search on relocationDay and boarding schools compared for a new city, with places planned around the start date.

Talent & hiring abroad

The international side of hiring: where to find people, which permissions they will need and how long it really takes.

  • International hiring strategyMarkets, routes and realistic timelines for hiring across borders, before a role is advertised.
  • Internship programmesPlacements abroad designed end to end: eligibility, visas, housing and arrival for each intern.
  • Graduate recruitment abroadPlanning graduate hiring in other countries: university calendars, application windows and graduate visa routes.

Business & expansion

New entities, new markets and whole companies on the move — coordinated with licensed lawyers, accountants and local partners.

  • Entity formation & market entryJurisdictions and entity types compared, then registration and filings with licensed local partners.
  • Expansion & company relocationBranches, subsidiaries and established companies moved with their structure, their people and their families.
  • Board & leadership relocationDirectors and leadership teams relocated together, with residency and family plans for each of them.
  • Banking & licencesBank introductions, application files, activity licences and tax registrations prepared with your team.

Immigration, company and tax rules differ by country and change often. Kaitu guides and manages each engagement; licensed lawyers, accountants and regulated partners give legal and tax advice and carry out regulated filings.

How engagements work

Scoped with you, run for you.

From the first conversation to the final invoice, an engagement follows the same clear path, whether it covers one executive or a whole programme.

01

Discovery

A consultation with your HR, mobility or leadership team: the people involved, destinations, timing and the constraints that matter.

02

A scoped proposal

A written proposal for the engagement — the services, the people it covers and the milestones — agreed with you before work begins.

03

An account lead, and a consultant for each person

One account lead is accountable to the organisation. Each person works with their own consultant, privately, in their own portal.

04

Your organisation portal

Your administrators follow every sponsored person: current phase, how far along they are and the next milestone.

05

Consolidated invoicing

Invoices addressed to your organisation, with your legal name, address, tax ID and purchase-order number — payable online or by bank transfer.

The organisation portal

Every move, at a glance.

Your administrators sign in to see each sponsored person’s phase, progress and next milestone, your organisation’s invoices, and a simple way to ask for new work.

Questions

About working with organisations.

No. Your administrators see progress summaries only: service, phase, how far along each person is and the next milestone. Documents, messages and personal details stay between each person and Kaitu, and our systems enforce that boundary.

No. Kaitu guides and coordinates the whole move. Licensed immigration lawyers and regulated partners handle the legal work and filings wherever the law requires them, and we are glad to work alongside providers you already use.

No. We don’t place candidates. We advise on international hiring, internship and graduate programmes, and look after the permissions and moves that follow.

In a consultation with your team, then in a written proposal that sets out the services, the people covered and the milestones. Nothing starts until you have agreed it.

Yes. Your administrators can request a new engagement from the organisation portal at any time, and your account lead scopes it with you.

Yes. Anything a person arranges with Kaitu for themselves stays private to them and is never shown to the organisation.
